The URL to the State’s online checkbook – TOPS (Transparency Online Project) has been updated in the footers of all State webpages managed by Colorado Interactive.
The new URL is: https://data.colorado.gov/stories/s/fjyf-bdat
The Office of the State Controller and the Office of Information Technology are attempting to redirect the old URL: data.colorado.gov/Government/Transparency-Online-Project-TOPS-State-Government-/rifs-n6ib to the new address.
All state agency content managers and TOPS users should update any links to the TOPS site, or any bookmarks containing the old URL to ensure compliance with HB22-1108.
