The Report of Expenditures of Federal Funds Used for Costs Associated with a Disaster is prepared in accordance with Section 24-33.5-717, C.R.S. For the fiscal year, the report includes State agencies that received funds, the amounts received, total expenditures by State agency and by fund source and program. The report does not include federal fund expenditures in the Disaster Emergency Fund (DEF), which is reported by the Office of State Planning and Budgeting in accordance with Section 24-33.5-706(7), C.R.S.
