The State Controller Policy Electric Vehicle Home Charging provides that Colorado Energy Office (CEO) shall determine the reimbursement rate for State-owned electric vehicles. CEO uses Atlas Public Policy to complete an analysis of residential electricity rates for home charging. Atlas has completed the analysis and updated the rates, which are reflected in the table below. There are two rates: one for all utilities except Black Hills and one for Black Hills. State Fleet Management uploads these rates to Geotab.
