The Office of the State Controller (OSC) has collaborated with procurement officials, controllers, and other stakeholders in reviewing the purchasing thresholds in the procurement rules. The updated purchasing thresholds are available on our Procurement Resources webpage. The OSC updated Procurement Rules are effective as of July 1, 2022.
This rulemaking is regarding increasing the purchasing thresholds. Note: Commitment Voucher thresholds are separate and can be found in the Fiscal Rules.
