The URL to the State’s online checkbook – TOPS (Transparency Online Project) has been updated in the footers of all State webpages managed by Colorado Interactive.

The Office of the State Controller (OSC) has issued a policy for State Staffing and Obligations for SLFRF (State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds).
This policy provides definitions and direction for how agencies can obtain approval and report obligations for State staffing for SLFRF by December 2024 and be able to fund State Staffing with SLFRF in 2025 and 2026.
A hearing will be held Monday, May 2 at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom virtual webinar.

The general purpose of this hearing is to modify state fiscal and procurement rules (1 CCR 101-1).
DENVER - April 7, 2021 - Last month the State Purchasing & Contracts Office (SPCO) held its first-ever Virtual Procurement Advisory Council Summit.
