Pursuant to Senate Bill 19-135, a disparity study was conducted in 2020 for the State of Colorado by Keen Independent Research. The purpose of the study was to examine the utilization and availability of State contracts to businesses owned by people of color, women, persons with physical or mental disabilities, and members of the LGBT community. The final report was provided to the Colorado State Legislature on December 1, 2020.
