The State Controller is responsible for preparing an annual financial report for the state for purposes of ascertaining compliance with the provisions of Article X, Section 20 of the State Constitution. The State Auditor is responsible for auditing that financial report. The financial report, notes to the financial report, and the audit opinion are presented below. Beginning in FY 2018, the final, audited TABOR Report is included with the State's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report in the Supplementary Information Section, located at the following link:
