Section 24-75-204, C.R.S., requires the State Controller to file an annual report by November 30th, summarized by agency, all loans and advances of state monies outstanding at the end of the preceding fiscal year. The report is submitted to the Governor, Joint Budget Committee, and Legislative Audit Committee. Below are copies of the reports submitted for the past fiscal years. The reports may be used to determine the state funds that received a loan and advance that was outstanding at fiscal year end.
