Commercial Card Access Online Timing Chart

Account Closure (T9, V9, etc)

  • Real Time (immediate)

Account Reopen

  • All closure statuses (V9, T9, S1, R9, M9) are forwarded to the credit queue for decisioning.
  • Credit has a 2 hour SLA for decisioning.

MCCG Changes

  • Additions (up to 9 controls) are real time
  • Removals take effect the next day
  • If a client has all 9 templates in use and does a replace of information, that will update overnight and be available next day

  • Real Time

Credit Limit Change

  • For limit requests within the product's limit, it is real time
  • For limit requests over the product's limit, it is sent the Credit queue. Credit has a 2 hour SLA

Single Purchase & Velocity Limit Changes

  • Real Time

Cash Limit Changes

  • Real time; with available funds being real time as well
  • Maximum percent cash allowed is based on the cardholder setup default found on the IBX screen

Account Setup - Cardholder Account

  • Account number reservation is real time
  • Account setup is completed and available the following business day. If submitted prior to TSYS downtown (approximately 7:45 PM CT)

Account Setup - Managing Account

  • Account number reservation is real time
  • Managing account and Company Number are visable the following business day
  • Managing Account is available the 2nd business day after setup

Card Plastic Reorder

  • Real Time
  • Cards to reissue must equal 1 in TSYS and Last Maintenance Date on INA must be greater than 30 days ago

Check Orders

  • Next Business Day on new accounts

Demographics Change

  • Real Time
  • Name Changes must be completed through Account Servicing or Customer Service

Name Changes

  • Cardholder Account name changes must be completed via Customer Service or the Account Servicing Team
  • Managing Account name changes (U.S. Federal Government only) is real time
  • Note: To utilize search & select functionality the name change must update in the system overnight

Embossing/Name Line 2 Change

  • Real Time

Default Accounting Code (DAC) - Create or Maintain

  • Real Time

Processing Hierarchy Changes

  • Division & Department changes are user preference - Real Time or with next cycle
  • Agent & Company changes for Individual Billed accounts are real time, or user choice of day after cycle
  • Agent & Company changes for corporate billed accounts are day after cycle

Reporting Hierarchy Changes

  • Real Time, if maintained in Access Online
  • Nightly refresh required, if maintained in TSYS

Lost/Stolen Cards

  • Account is available the next business day
  • User IDs are automatically linked to the replacement account number.

Reports

  • Changes in Access Online to accounting codes, transaction comments, etc. are near real time (within the hour)
  • Changes completed in TSYS as well as anything to new accounts is available the next business day.
