Commercial Card Auto Close Schedule

Listed are the close dates for transactions and when they load into the system for reconciliation. The Cycle Close Date represents the last day a transaction will post in a cycle before opening up the new cycle. The Auto Close Date represents the time period between the cycle closing date and entering the reconciliation codes in the system before the bank automatically closes the cycle by the bank. The Estimated PRC1 Load Date is the date the transactions load into the states financial system.
